Limited Warranty Policy

The Supply Smart warranty shall be limited to replacement or credit, not to exceed the purchase price of the item. Labor and installation charges of any kind are not covered by our warranty. The warranty is against defects in workmanship or material for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. 

Warranty covers only the specific use for which each item is designed. Improper use or installation of any Supply Smart product immediately voids the warranty.

Supply Smart provides a 60-day guarantee on any product. If you are not satisfied, please return the original product in its original packaging for a full credit. Please contact Customer Care at 800.631.7793, to request an RGA (Return Goods Authorization).
