Shipping Policy
With (5) fully stocked warehouses, we’re always ready to pull your order and get it on the road. Place your order by 1:00 PM, and we’ll ship it same day in most cases. This is our commitment to you and your business! Free shipping for orders over $99 shipped via Ground, excluding sales tax. Orders shipped via other common carriers may require additional time for delivery. Free shipping cannot be applied to past purchases. Excludes back-ordered items. Orders 22 lbs. and over and certain drop-ship items may have shipping fees of their own which cannot be waived. Orders requiring special handling (e.g. lift gates) do not qualify for free shipping. Excludes "Truck Line Only" Items. Supply Smart does not ship outside of the contiguous United States.
Return Policy
- Supply Smart will respond to all RGA (Return Goods Authorization) requests within 24-hours in most cases. An RGA number (or reason for decline) and instructions will be faxed or emailed to the customer.
- Return transportation must be prepaid by the customer with freight carrier designated unless alternative shipping is authorized in advance as part of the RGA issued by Supply Smart.
- Any shipment sent collect will be rejected and returned at the customer’s expense.
- Freight will be credited on defective merchandise or on orders caused by or resulting from shipping errors on our part.
- Credits will be issued at invoiced cost when accompanied by that Invoice or Purchase Order number, otherwise, the prevailing price will represent the credited amount due.
- Any RGA may be subject to a 20% restocking charge.
- We will not accept returns on any merchandise over one year from the date of the initial sale.
- All RGA’s expire 30-days after the date of issue, and credit must be taken within one year of receipt.
